How to Cook Jollibee Spaghetti
Jollibee spaghetti, or Filipino spaghetti, consists of a sweet, cheesy sauce with hot dogs and ground meat. Jollibee spaghetti is far sweeter than other varieties due to the addition of sweetened milk and sugar. To balance out the sweetness, serve the spaghetti with a side of toasted garlic bread or garlicky dinner rolls. You will need approximately 35 minutes to cook Jollibee spaghetti, not including the time it takes to cook the noodles. This recipe serves four to six.

Combine the olive oil and ground turkey or beef in a skillet. Place the skillet over medium heat, and fry the meat for five minutes or until it is browned, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add the hot dogs to the skillet, and stir them for an additional two minutes.
Step 3
Pour the tomato sauce into the skillet, and stir to blend it into the ground meat and hot dogs. Stir in the sugar and banana ketchup.
Step 4
Add the green bell peppers and white onion to the skillet and stir for five minutes.
Step 5
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the skillet, and stir to blend it into the other ingredients. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer the sauce for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle the shredded cheese into the skillet, and stir until it melts into the sauce. Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles and serve the jollibee spaghetti while hot.
