    Aero Pilates

    The Aero Pilates machine comes in four different models, ranging from about $300 to about $1,500. These machines vary in length and height, as well as in overall appearance. The higher-end models offer a low-impact cardiovascular workout with a rebounder that can have the same results as a treadmill without stress on joints.

    Aero Pilates Models

    The Performer 286 is the least expensive and most basic Aero Pilates model. The Premier XP sells for about $100 more than the Performer 286 and has wood trim. The foot bars are removable and both can fold for easy storage from 85 inches in length to 44 inches. They are 17.5 inches wide and 9 inches high. All models can hold up to 300 pounds. The Pro XP557 is the most expensive model and boasts an oak-finished frame. The Pro XP556 sells for about $300 less than the Pro XP557 and has a wood frame. Both models are 98 inches by 23.25 inches wide by 15 inches high. More advanced exercises are possible because of this added height.The rebounder on the Pro XP556 is 14 inches by 14 inches. The rebounder on the 557 is 14 inches by 19 inches. Assembly is required for all Aero Pilates models.

    Which Is Better?

    If you are on a budget and are looking for a variety of adjustments, the Pilates Power Gym is a better choice. It is also a better choice if you are looking for a machine that requires no assembly. If you are looking for a broader and more advanced workout, as well as cardiovascular fitness and you have space in your home and a bigger budget, the Aero Pilates Pro XP 556 is a better choice. If you have an at-home gym, or are large in stature, the Aero Pilates Pro XP 557 is a better choice. If you need a machine that can be stored in a closet, choose the Aero Pilates Performer 286 or the Premier XP.
