How to Use the Tweezerman Blackhead Remover
Blackheads are the small black spots that often appear on the nose, cheeks and other parts of the face. Although dirt may appear to be the cause of blackheads, they are actually the result of oxidized natural oils within the pores. Blackheads are generally harmless, but many want to remove them strictly for cosmetic reasons. The Tweezerman company offers a specialized blackhead removal tool.
Step 1
Saturate a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol. Rub the cotton ball against the long, flat loop of the blackhead remover to disinfect it. The wire at the opposite end is meant to release debris from white heads only.
Step 2
Soak a washcloth in hot water. Hold the warm washcloth against your face for five minutes to soften the skin and loosen pores.
Step 3
Position the flat side of the Tweezerman blackhead remover against your skin, so the blackhead is in the center of the loop.
Step 4
Press the blackhead remover against your skin until the blackhead debris squeezes out. Gently scrape the blackhead remover against the blackhead to remove debris from your skin.
Step 5
Repeat the process for any additional blackheads.
